Brian James, Owner of James Construction, Dayton OH

In 2009 Brian James decided to start a remodeling company that would deliver high quality craftsmanship at a value that surpassed all other contractors in the Dayton area. Brian did not feel fulfilled by delivering “satisfactory” projects, on budget and schedule, to the large company’s customers where he worked. He knew he could do better, and wanted to do better. The only way he could see to do this was to own the company where he worked.

So Brian took his 15 years of experience, and advanced training in Construction Science (BS Northern Kentucky University), and Master of Architecture (Savanah College of Art & Design), and set out to bring his talents directly to his customers. Although Brian has directed the construction of large office buildings and medical facilities, he prefers to focus on residential construction where he can provide turnkey design/build projects, allowing him to guarantee the project meets the exact needs of his clients.
